Terms of Use and Mobile Treatment Booking Conditions

Last updated: 30 October 2026.

Service name: Drip Lab Phuket. Drip Lab Phuket coordinates booking and enquiry support with the treating clinic. The treating clinic provides treatment, receives booking deposits and holds medical records. Contact Drip Lab Phuket: info@driplabphuket.com; +66 84 351 3541.

1. About these conditions

These conditions address use of the Drip Lab Phuket website and arrangements for mobile intravenous treatment appointments in Phuket. References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Drip Lab Phuket; references to “you” refer to the person making a booking or receiving a service, according to the context. A person arranging an appointment for someone else does not automatically have authority to consent to treatment or to disclose that person's health information.

Website access, an enquiry, a quotation, booking confirmation, payment, clinical assessment and consent to treatment are separate steps. Merely browsing this website does not constitute informed consent to a medical procedure. A deposit does not purchase a right to treatment that a treating professional considers inappropriate or unsafe.

Any individually agreed booking details must be explained before payment. Nothing in a booking message, these conditions or another notice overrides a right or obligation that cannot lawfully be varied. If a question arises about the terms applicable to a particular appointment, please contact us before paying or proceeding.

2. Website information and individual advice

Website descriptions provide general information about available services. They are not an individual diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, assessment of fitness for treatment or instruction to self-administer intravenous products. Information about a condition or symptom does not establish that a particular visitor has that condition or is suitable for an advertised service.

Do not delay seeking appropriate medical advice because of information on this website. Tell the treating professional about other advice or treatment you have received. Do not stop or change prescribed medicines on the basis of website content.

Treatment descriptions, availability and practical arrangements can change. We should confirm material details of the proposed appointment before you commit to it. A description or example is not a promise of a particular outcome, an arrival time or suitability for every customer.

3. Emergencies and urgent symptoms

An appointment service is not a substitute for an emergency department or ambulance. In a medical emergency in Thailand, call 1669 or seek emergency medical care. Do not wait for a booking confirmation, a travelling nurse or a response through a messaging service when urgent care is needed.

If you become seriously unwell before or during an appointment, tell the treating professional immediately. Assessment, stopping treatment, emergency assistance or referral to another service may be necessary. Payment or a wish to complete an appointment must not take priority over safety. These conditions do not promise emergency transport or that a particular hospital, ambulance or specialist will be available.

4. Enquiries, quotations and booking confirmation

An enquiry or requested appointment time is not, by itself, a confirmed booking. Before payment, the proposed service, appointment arrangements, total quoted price and any agreed additional charges should be confirmed with you. Availability depends on practical and clinical considerations. Do not assume that a service can be delivered at any address, at any time, or immediately after contacting us.

Tell us if a booking is for more than one person. Each proposed recipient requires an individual assessment and appropriate consent. One person's suitability or previous experience does not establish another person's suitability.

If an error in a booking description or quotation is identified, it should be explained promptly. A material change requires your agreement; it should not be imposed retrospectively on an already confirmed booking. If agreement cannot be reached, cancellation and any payment return must be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

5. Booking deposit and payment

A THB 1,000 deposit per booking is paid to the treating clinic through the agreed payment arrangements. Before payment, the clinic must explain the total price, how the deposit is applied and any remaining balance. Ask the clinic to confirm how the deposit will be applied before paying.

The clinic’s stated policy is that the deposit is non-refundable for customer cancellation, non-attendance or clinical unsuitability, subject to applicable Thai law, the circumstances and any mandatory refund entitlement. This policy must be disclosed before payment; payment must not pressure a person into treatment. Any amount retained must be lawful and reasonable. Calling a payment a deposit does not remove mandatory consumer rights or entitle us to retain a disproportionate amount.

If the clinic cannot fulfil the agreed booking, the policy is a full refund within 48 hours to the original payment account. This does not remove any other refund right required by law. Provider cancellation, clinical unsuitability, an interrupted appointment and customer non-attendance must be considered on their own facts rather than treated as identical situations.

Routine nurse travel is included in the quoted treatment price. Coverage for the requested location must be confirmed before booking; this is not a promise of unlimited travel coverage. Any other additional service or amount requires clear disclosure and agreement before it is incurred. These conditions do not create an unspecified waiting charge, cancellation penalty or compulsory purchase of additional treatment. Currency conversion or charges imposed independently by your bank or payment provider are governed by that provider's arrangements; this does not excuse an incorrect charge made by us.

Please use only payment instructions confirmed through our verified contact channel. Contact us promptly if a payment appears duplicated, incorrect or unrecognised. Nothing in these conditions prevents you from exercising a lawful payment-dispute or refund right.

6. Customer cancellation and changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, change the address, change the recipient or move the appointment. Rescheduling requests are considered case by case and are not effective until the revised arrangement is confirmed. A change may affect availability or the appropriate clinical arrangements, which should be explained before you accept it. Routine nurse travel remains included in the quoted price.

Any cancellation or rescheduling conditions communicated before payment remain subject to applicable law. These conditions do not introduce an unannounced cancellation deadline or promise that a deposit can always be transferred to another appointment or person. A request involving a different recipient requires that person's assessment and consent.

If illness or a change in your circumstances affects suitability, tell us promptly rather than attending solely to avoid losing a deposit. Financial arrangements must not pressure you into inappropriate treatment. An appropriate payment outcome should be determined after considering the service actually supplied, any properly disclosed charges, the reason for cancellation and your statutory rights.

7. Delays, provider cancellation and events outside reasonable control

Arrival estimates are affected by traffic, weather, location accuracy, property access and the safe completion of earlier appointments. If a material delay becomes known, the revised arrangement should be communicated. You may ask whether the revised time still meets your needs; these conditions do not require you to accept an unlimited delay.

If we cannot supply the agreed service, we should explain the available options, which may include an agreed alternative time or cancellation and an appropriate refund. You do not have to accept a different treatment or a credit instead of a refund where the law entitles you to a refund.

Severe weather, transport disruption, unsafe access or another event beyond reasonable control may prevent or delay a visit. The consequences should be addressed fairly, with reasonable steps to communicate and reduce disruption. Such an event does not automatically permit retention of all payments for services not supplied, nor does this clause excuse a lack of reasonable care.

8. Accurate location, access and responding to the nurse

You are responsible for providing an accurate address and map pin, property or hotel name, room or unit details where necessary, access instructions and a working contact number. Tell us promptly if your location changes. Make sure any building security, reception or host permissions needed for the visit have been arranged.

Remain reachable through the agreed contact method during the confirmed arrival window. Respond promptly when the treating nurse contacts you to locate you or gain access. Check that your phone can receive calls or messages and explain in advance if roaming, connectivity, language or accessibility needs may affect communication.

If the nurse cannot locate you or gain safe access after reasonable contact attempts, the appointment may need to be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled. The circumstances and contact attempts should be considered before treating the booking as a no-show. Any deposit retention or other charge remains subject to the disclosed booking conditions and applicable law. These terms do not create an automatic forfeiture after an undisclosed number of minutes.

Do not assume that a reception desk, travel companion or hotel employee can give consent or receive confidential clinical information on your behalf. Tell us whom you authorise to help with access, and keep any clinical authorisation separate.

9. Safe and suitable premises

Please arrange a reasonably clean, safe and accessible area appropriate for assessment and the proposed procedure. Tell us about relevant access restrictions, hazards or circumstances that may affect safety. Keep pets under control and avoid smoke, unsafe behaviour or interference with clinical equipment during the visit.

The treating professional may decline to enter, pause or leave if the location, conduct of people present or other circumstances prevent safe care. Threats, harassment, violence and pressure to act outside professional responsibilities are not acceptable. Any decision about cancellation charges or payment must remain proportionate and lawful; a safety decision is not an unrestricted right to retain all money.

A mobile visit does not mean that every clinical need can safely be managed at a hotel, villa or home. Referral or another setting may be more appropriate. You must not move, alter, disconnect or reuse clinical equipment without the treating professional's direction.

10. Individual assessment and scope of treatment

Clinical suitability is determined individually. The treating professional may require further information, examination, another professional's input or assessment in a different setting before deciding whether treatment can proceed. Previous treatment, a requested product or a payment does not remove this requirement.

Treatment must remain within the relevant professional's lawful scope and any applicable prescribing or treatment-plan requirements. No part of these conditions authorises a professional to act outside that scope. We do not guarantee that a requested product, combination, dose or procedure will be supplied simply because it appears on the website or is requested in a message.

The proposed treatment may be declined, changed with your agreement or stopped where appropriate. You should receive an explanation of a material change and any price implication before proceeding, unless the circumstances require urgent care under applicable law. No substitute product or procedure should be treated as accepted merely because you paid a deposit for something else.

11. Your health information and cooperation

Provide complete and accurate information requested for your assessment, including relevant medical conditions, medicines, supplements, allergies, previous reactions, pregnancy or breastfeeding where relevant, recent treatment and changes in your health. Tell the professional about symptoms that arise or worsen before or during the visit. If you are uncertain about information, say so rather than guessing.

Do not conceal information to obtain a treatment. Inaccurate or withheld information can affect assessment and safety. The legal consequences depend on the information, its relevance and the circumstances; this clause is not a blanket transfer of clinical risk to you and does not excuse unsafe care or remove responsibility that the law preserves.

Follow individual safety and aftercare directions and ask if anything is unclear. If a direction cannot reasonably be followed, explain that promptly so appropriate advice can be considered. Do not rely on another customer's instructions as a substitute for your own.

12. Capacity, age, third-party bookings and communication

The recipient must be able to understand the proposed care and provide valid consent, or an appropriate lawful representative must be involved where the law permits. Booking or paying for another person does not by itself make you that person's medical decision-maker.

The service is for adults 18 and over; under-18s are not accepted. Tell booking support before booking if an adult needs an authorised representative, language assistance or other communication support. Valid clinical consent and authority must be established individually.

Treatment may not proceed when a recipient cannot understand the relevant information or give valid consent, including where intoxication or another impairment prevents it, except where applicable law permits necessary care. A friend or companion's wish to proceed does not replace the recipient's decision-making rights.

13. Informed consent and your right to decline

Before treatment, the treating professional should explain the proposed procedure, relevant benefits and limitations, material risks, reasonable alternatives and the consequences of not proceeding, sufficiently for an informed decision. Ask questions and tell the professional if an explanation is unclear.

Consent is specific to the proposed care. Agreement to these website conditions, a booking message, payment or a signature on an administrative form is not a substitute for the clinical consent process. You may decline treatment or ask that it stop. The professional should explain any immediate safety steps involved in stopping safely.

Consent to treatment is not consent to photographs, testimonials, advertising or unrelated use of health information. Those purposes require separate consideration and any applicable permission.

14. Risks, variable outcomes and interrupted treatment

Intravenous procedures are not risk-free. The relevant risks and suitability must be explained in the individual clinical process rather than assumed from a general website statement. Results, duration of any perceived effect and recovery vary; no particular cosmetic, wellness or medical outcome is guaranteed.

Difficulty establishing access, discomfort, a reaction, a change in clinical condition or another safety concern may mean that an intended procedure cannot be completed. A professional must not continue merely to meet a commercial promise. The clinical response is separate from the subsequent fair assessment of charges, services supplied and any refund entitlement.

Statements about variable results do not excuse misrepresentation, lack of reasonable care or a breach of a binding obligation. Testimonials describe individual experiences and must not be understood as a promise of the same result for every customer.

15. Aftercare, concerns and complaints

Ask for clarification of any individual aftercare directions before the professional leaves. Use the contact details provided for non-emergency questions or concerns. The website and messaging channels should not be assumed to be continuously monitored or suitable for urgent medical assistance.

For a medical emergency, call 1669 or seek emergency care. For a complaint about booking, payment or service, contact +66 84 351 3541 and explain the appointment and concern. Provide only information reasonably necessary to identify and investigate the matter, using an appropriate channel for health details.

Contacting us is intended to help resolve issues; it is not a mandatory waiver, an exclusive remedy or a condition preventing you from contacting a regulator, obtaining independent advice or exercising a legal right. We do not require you to refrain from an honest review or complaint.

16. Privacy and confidential information

Personal information should be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and law. Health information requires particular care. Share clinical details through an appropriate channel and avoid posting them in public comments. Do not provide another person's health information unless you have lawful authority to do so.

These conditions do not themselves provide consent for marketing, advertising tracking, disclosure of health information to advertising platforms or any unrelated processing. Privacy choices must not be presented as a waiver of treatment rights. Where a separate Privacy Policy is available, read it for the actual data-handling arrangements and ways to exercise your rights.

17. Website use and third-party services

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its security, gain unauthorised access, impersonate another person, submit malicious material or misuse booking and contact facilities. Nothing here restricts lawful accessibility tools, ordinary browsing or reporting a genuine security concern responsibly.

Website text, branding and other material may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may use the website for personal information and enquiries, but must not imply endorsement or reproduce protected material commercially without appropriate permission.

Links to payment, communication, maps or other third-party services may be provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy arrangements. Their involvement does not remove any responsibility Drip Lab Phuket has for its own conduct or for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits liability, a duty or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Thai law. This includes applicable liability for death, bodily injury or injury to health caused by intentional or negligent conduct. These conditions are not an agreement never to sue and do not prevent regulatory complaints or statutory consumer remedies.

Any responsibility for loss must be assessed according to applicable law and the facts. These conditions do not make you responsible for all adverse outcomes, require you to indemnify us for our own wrongdoing or impose an automatic treatment-price limit on injury claims.

If a provision is unenforceable or can apply only to a limited extent, it should operate only to the extent permitted by law without taking away rights that the law protects. A general savings clause does not make an otherwise unfair clause enforceable.

19. Applicable law and resolving disputes

These conditions are intended for services supplied in Thailand and are subject to Thai law. This does not remove any mandatory protection that applies to a particular customer or transaction. Any dispute must be dealt with through a legally competent process; these conditions do not impose compulsory arbitration or an exclusive forum that unlawfully restricts consumer rights.

Please contact us if an issue can be resolved directly. You remain free to seek independent legal or clinical advice and contact the appropriate authority.

20. Changes and contact

Changes to these conditions will be identified where required. Material changes should apply prospectively and must not silently alter the price, cancellation conditions or other agreed terms of an existing booking. Further consent or agreement must be obtained where required.

For booking and service questions, contact Drip Lab Phuket at info@driplabphuket.com or +66 84 351 3541.

These conditions do not retrospectively alter an existing booking. The arrangements disclosed and agreed before payment remain subject to applicable law.
